2500 tonnes of boron, carbon and silicon-manganese steel (in coils, bars, sheet and drawn) are held permanently in stock in order to be able to meet short leadtimes and to respond to unscheduled requests. The standard thicknesses range from 1.4 to 8 mm.

Blanking, piercing, stamping, cropping

7 lines for blanking/stamping (400 T) with uncoilers, coil-feed systems.

5 presses for notching,cropping, stamping and manual rework.

3 multi-spindle drilling machines.

Sharpening, bevelling and surface finishing

7 high-speed milling machines, 2 of which are automated.

4 lines for profile cold rolling/blanking.

Special grinding and surface finishing machines.

Power hammer drop forging.

Cold swaging and forming
